What do you receive?
Installation, revisions, support, hosting and domain terms are clear before you order.
Design and build
Your site is designed and built for you. The catalogue delivery time is 8–14 days; it depends on when you send content and approvals.
What you receive
The live site, the files and design sources of the approved version, and a handover note explaining when each function goes live.
Hosting and SSL
Hosting and SSL for the first year are included in the Merdiven6 managed publishing service. The managed publishing infrastructure is being prepared; the date your site goes live is agreed in writing during the scope discussion.
Annual renewal
From the second year, hosting, SSL, the admin panel, infrastructure maintenance and security updates continue with an annual service renewal. The renewal fee is set out in writing before you order. New design, new page types, integrations and custom software are not part of the renewal.
Revisions
Before going live you see a preview of your site and use two revision rounds.
Technical support
Technical faults found within 30 days of delivery are fixed free of charge. Content changes and new features are not part of this support.
Domain
The domain belongs to you and is registered in your name. Its purchase and renewal fees are not included in the price. You can connect a domain you already own.
Business email
Not included in the price; it can be offered as a separate service.
Paid additional services
Content entry by the Merdiven6 team on your behalf, new design, new page types, integrations and custom software are charged separately.

What can I change from the admin panel?
You change the areas under “Available management features” yourself: page texts, service line texts, contact details and legal texts. There is no monthly limit on these edits. Lists, images, long texts and SEO fields are in development; until they are ready, how they are updated is agreed in writing during the scope discussion. Today, changes are published to the site through the Merdiven6 team.
How many service line pages do I get?
The number of service line pages is agreed together before ordering. Each line above the number in the package gets an additional page on quote.
Can reference projects have their own pages?
In the package, reference projects are listed as cards. Separate detail pages for selected projects are prepared on quote as an additional content section.
How does the contact form work?
The form is prepared to run on the Merdiven6 publishing environment of your site; messages are forwarded to your email and kept in the panel. When the form goes live is agreed in writing during the scope discussion; until then, phone, WhatsApp and email links are used.
What does the Additional Language option cover?
It covers the technical setup to publish the site in one more language; translation is not included. Each language is published at its own address; a language switch button between pages is not offered today.
Are hosting and the domain included in the price?
Hosting and SSL for the first year are included in the Merdiven6 managed publishing service; the infrastructure is being prepared and the go-live date is agreed in writing during the scope discussion. The domain belongs to you; its purchase and renewal fees are not included in the price. Business email is also charged separately.
What do I pay after the first year?
From the second year an annual service renewal applies. It covers hosting, SSL, the admin panel, infrastructure maintenance and security updates. The fee is set out in writing before you order.
What do I receive at delivery?
